“ Vegetarian buffet. I had no idea that it was buffet style since I didn’t really look into all the details about this place. All I knew was that I wanted to eat veggies. They have the already made stuff, which was good. Then they had an area where you could order on the spot and it was made to order. You could ask for quesadillas with soy based “meat” , rajadas, mushrooms and/ or nopal. I would recommend this place but look out for their closing hours. They close at 5pm. ”
